General Staff Reports 61 Combat Clashes with Russians

In the past 24 hours, Ukraine has reported 61 combat clashes at the front, revealing intensified military activities by Russian forces. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine disclosed that Russia executed 5 missile strikes, 44 airstrikes, and 37 multiple-launch rocket system attacks during this period.

Specifically, on the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 10 Russian attacks near Synkivka and Petropavlivka in Kharkiv Oblast. Meanwhile, on the Lyman front, Ukrainian defense forces thwarted eight Russian attacks in Luhansk and Donetsk Oblasts, where Russians, supported by aircraft, aimed to dislodge Ukrainian troops from gained positions.

The Bakhmut front witnessed the defense forces repelling nine Russian attacks near Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka in Donetsk Oblast. On the Avdiivka front, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled 15 Russian attacks in Donetsk Oblast, with unsuccessful attempts by the Russians to break through the Ukrainian defense with air support.

Marinka front reported ongoing resistance by Ukrainian defense forces, holding back 14 unsuccessful Russian attacks near Marinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast, supported by aircraft. The Shakhtarsk front, however, did not witness offensive actions by the Russians.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, Ukrainian defense forces repelled all Russian attacks near Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where the Russians sought to reclaim lost positions. The defense forces continue to maintain positions on the left bank of the Dnipro in Kherson Oblast, inflicting fire damage on the enemy.

Additionally, Ukrainian aircraft conducted 10 strikes on areas with concentrated Russian personnel, weapons, and military equipment, along with 2 strikes on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems. Rocket Forces and Artillery units targeted three areas with Russian concentrations, two anti-aircraft missile systems, and seven enemy artillery assets.
