EUCOM chief: Ukraine holds Kursk foothold, expands into Belgorod

U.S. EUCOM chief Gen. Christopher Cavoli said Ukraine still holds ground in Russia’s Kursk and has expanded into the Belgorod region, while shoring up defenses and recruitment. OSINT estimates ~140 km² remain under Kyiv’s control to pre-empt Russian offensives.
