Auf einer k\u00fcrzlich in Ankara abgehaltenen Tagung zum Thema \"Menschenrechte und Krimtataren im besetzten Teil der Ukraine\" wies Dmytro Lubinets, der Menschenrechtskommissar der Ukraine, auf die schwere Verfolgung und Unterdr\u00fcckung der einheimischen Krimtataren auf der vor\u00fcbergehend besetzten Krim hin. Lubinets erkl\u00e4rte, dass die Krimtataren die am st\u00e4rksten verfolgte Gruppe sind. 190 politische Gefangene, darunter 123 Krimtataren, werden unter Versto\u00df gegen internationale humanit\u00e4re Normen festgehalten. Die Kommissarin verurteilte die Ma\u00dfnahmen Russlands, darunter die Deportation ukrainischer Kinder seit 2014, und wies auf den anhaltenden Krieg in der Ukraine und die weit verbreitete Verletzung der Grundrechte hin. Die Lage ist katastrophal: Die B\u00fcrger in den besetzten Gebieten sind von Ausbeutung, Menschenhandel und eklatanten Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen grundlegende Rechte betroffen. Lubinets betonte die dringende Notwendigkeit, sich mit der Notlage der von der Russischen F\u00f6deration gefangen gehaltenen Ukrainer zu befassen, von denen es derzeit 28.000 gibt.<\/p>\n
