The U.S. has confirmed that most of the more than 10,000 North Korean soldiers have moved to Kursk and are now involved in hostilities. This information follows North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s ratification of a mutual defense treaty with Russian President Vladimir Putin, enhancing military cooperation between the two nations.
