Ukraine has added online marriage to the capabilities of the national Dia app, making it the first country to have such a practice fully digitized. Through the app, soldiers can now marry while on the front line. At present, same-sex couples may only register their marriage proposals as a civil partnerships bill is bogged down in parliament.
