In 2026, the Ukrainian IT sector has shown remarkable resilience and growth, despite the ongoing conflict and market volatility. March saw a nearly 9% increase in IT export revenues, amounting to $592 million, marking a significant monthly uptick from February’s performance. The annual trajectory has also been encouraging, with a noteworthy rise from $546 million in March 2025, reflecting an 8.4% growth. This trend underscores the sector’s ability to thrive despite external pressures and highlights the increasing global demand for Ukrainian IT services.<\/p>\n

The United States leads the list of top importers of Ukrainian IT services, with investments reaching $230 million. Alongside the US, Malta, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and Israel comprise the top five countries availing Ukrainian IT expertise. This continued reliance on Ukrainian IT talent has also been mirrored in the first-quarter contributions of domestic tech companies to the economy, which amounted to $1.644 billion, compared to last year’s $1.570 billion, showcasing a growth of 4.7%.<\/p>\n

IT services have taken on a significant role in Ukraine’s overall export economy, now representing 43.2% of the total export structure, an increase from the previous year’s 38.9%. This trend has been further reflected in the country’s total service export revenue, which reached $1.369 billion in March, marking a rise of $119 million from February.
