The List of Kidnappers of Ukrainian Children Includes About 500 Individuals and Legal Entities

The War and Sanctions portal, a joint project by the Center for Countering Disinformation and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, lists approximately 500 individuals and entities involved in child abductions, with the list set to expand soon. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center, stated that over 300 individuals and more than 100 entities are currently listed. Verification is ongoing for additional individuals, who will be added once it is confirmed. Additionally, the portal features the "Kremlin Mouthpieces" section targeting Russian propagandists, including those recruiting children from temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. Currently, there are 58 members, and 15 more are under verification. This section aims to grow as information is meticulously verified before inclusion. The lists are shared with international partners to impose sanctions and with international courts for legal actions.
