Last night, a Russian attack drone with a high-explosive warhead struck the shelter protecting the world from radiation at the destroyed 4th power unit of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. This shelter was built by Ukraine together with other countries of Europe and the world.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Vladimir Putin is not preparing for negotiations, but rather for the continuation of the war, and not only against Ukraine – particularly as the Kremlin is bolstering its military by more than 100,000 troops.

Since the 2014 annexation of Crimea, Russia has systematically militarized Ukrainian children in occupied territories through programs that combine ideological indoctrination and combat training. Schools enforce Russian curricula, erasing Ukrainian identity, while children are subjected to daily propaganda, military parades, and activities glorifying Russian soldiers. These multifaceted efforts aim to mould children as young as 8 into instruments of Russia’s war machine, stripping them of their identities, and ultimately sending them to fight against their homeland.
