Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has made significant changes to the leadership of Ukraine’s National Guard. Vadym Hladkov has been appointed as the first deputy commander, according to a published decree on the president’s website. Additionally, Zelensky has appointed Oleksii Osypenko and Oleksandr Bilous as deputy commanders of the National Guard. Simultaneously, the president has issued decrees to dismiss Volodymyr Kondratiuk from the position of first deputy commander and to remove Mykola Mykolenko, Oleh Sakhon, and Oleksandr Nabok from their roles as deputy commanders of the National Guard.
