The German government has committed to providing additional military aid to Ukraine, offering ammunition, reconnaissance drones, border patrol vehicles, trucks, and medical supplies. This new package, valued at €1.3 billion, includes 26,000 artillery rounds, a LUNA NG reconnaissance system, 10 VECTOR reconnaissance drones, 6 border patrol vehicles, 8 Zetros trucks, and 100,000 first aid kits. German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius announced the aid during his visit to Kyiv, emphasizing Germany’s ongoing support amid accusations that the assistance has been insufficient. This follows a prior aid package featuring air defense systems, artillery rounds, and anti-tank weapons.
