Russia strikes Kyiv as UK’s Starmer arrives to sign 100-year treaty with Zelenskyy

Russian drones targeted central Kyiv, where British Prime Minister Keir Starmer was holding talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. At least 1 drone was shot down, with debris destroying a car not far from the Mariinsky Palace, the President’s official residence where the leaders were meeting at the time. Witnesses said they heard the explosion from outside the building.
