A Russian missile strike has completely destroyed a train car carrying humanitarian aid from World Central Kitchen intended for the residents of Mariupol. The aftermath of this devastating attack was shared on Telegram by Petro Andryushchenko, an advisor to the city’s mayor.

According to Andryushchenko, the Russian forces initially obliterated Mariupol and disrupted the lives of its inhabitants. Now, they have targeted a train car filled with humanitarian supplies meant to feed the people of Mariupol at the ‘I Mariupol’ centers. He expressed his frustration, stating that the Russian military continues to wreak havoc on the lives of Mariupol’s residents, even during temporary evacuations.

Meanwhile, the war in Ukraine rages on, with Russian troops focusing their efforts on capturing the Donbas region. Intense battles are ongoing in Severodonetsk and parts of Vrubivka, where Russian forces continue to destroy settlements, leaving numerous civilians injured.

Additionally, the enemy is attempting to advance along the Izyum-Sloviansk axis. However, Russian forces have been unsuccessful in their assault operations between Dovhenke and Krasnopillya. The regions of Chernihiv and Sumy also remain under constant shelling, with the enemy firing mortars and conducting aerial reconnaissance using drones as of June 15.

In the ongoing conflict with Russia, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have reportedly eliminated 32,750 Russian soldiers and destroyed thousands of units of equipment. British analyst Michael Clarke has suggested that a pause in the fighting is inevitable due to the intensity of the battles in the east, noting that both Russian and Ukrainian forces are suffering significant losses.
