The European Union and UNDP in Ukraine have initiated Phase II of the EU4Recovery program to aid communities affected by conflict and advance Ukraine’s integration into the EU. The partnership, with a budget of EUR 50 million, aims to enhance social and health services, promote economic recovery, and strengthen local governance, focusing on veterans, youth, and returning residents.
