NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska spoke at the Folk och Försvar Annual National Conference in Sweden about the threat Russia plays to NATO as a whole. “Russia is preparing for a long-term confrontation with us. They say this openly, and they act accordingly. Just this year, Russia’s total military spending will be 7 or 8 % of GDP, if not more.
